How Powermec, a division of Zimplow Holdings Limited, handles the information you send us.
When you send an enquiry, quote request, order request or service booking, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, location and the information about your requirement.
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, booking, quotation or service request, and to follow up on it. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Your request is stored securely in the Zimplow Holdings customer-enquiry system, where only authorised Powermec staff can see it. A copy is emailed to the Powermec team and a confirmation is emailed to you through our email provider, EmailJS.
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Products you add to your selection are kept in your own browser so they are still there when you return; you can clear them at any time.
